China Minerals acquired the Cassiar Gold Projects in 2008. The Cassiar Gold Project is located in northern British Columbia. It comprises approximately 58,900 ha (including 217 mineral claims and 2 placer claims) of which the Company has 100% interest, which comprise the Table Mountain and Taurus Properties.

With extensive interests across a broad range of commodities, it is the largest gold producer in China and is a well-capitalized, experienced and successful miner.
- A twenty-five (25) to one (1) share consolidation completed in September 2017
- Company has mining permit to cover most of existed resources area both Table mountain and Taurus.
- Explore the tailing ponds this summer, expecting that 50-60% of the contained gold in the tailings may be recoverable through a gravity-flotation flowsheet to generate a high grade flotation concentrate.
- Interior engineering work is proposed to do, to study the conceptional economics of the Taurus existed historic resources, the following infill and extension drilling program will be planned to follow the study outcome.

Table Mountain PropertyThe Table Mountain Property is located south of Highway 37 within the southern portions of the Cassiar Gold Project and contains the Main (formerly Erickson), Bain, Cusac and Vollaug mines which are past producing underground high-grade gold mines. A permitted 270 tonne per day gravity/flotation mill, power plant, assay lab and tailings impoundment facility are located on the property, and were put under care and maintenance by previous owners in October 2007. Thirteen adits/portals, approximately 25 km of underground workings, and more than 23 km of surface access roads occur on the property.
Taurus PropertyThe Taurus Property is located north of Highway 37 within the northern portions of the Cassiar Gold Project. The Property contains the Taurus Gold Deposit (“Taurus Deposit”), a large gold system which has been the focus of recent exploration on the project. The Taurus Deposit is located approximately eight kilometres from the company's milling facility, and is located along the main access road to the former town of Cassiar. It lies low in the valley in an area of subdued topography, allowing year round exploration and ease of access.
Wilson (Wen Hong) Jin

Mr. Jin Wenhong Jin is a Professional Geoscientist and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, he has over 26 years experience in exploration, project management and corporate development. Mr. Jin has held the offices of President and CEO of Huakan International Mining Inc. since April 2014. From November 2010 to April 2014, Mr. Jin held the positions of Chief Geologist and Vice-President of Huakan International. Huakan International is a mining company incorporated in Canada focused on developing gold, silver, and non-ferrous mineral projects through the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious and base metal deposits. Mr. Jin holds a Bachelor degree from Guilin University of Technology, China.
Ms. Yuan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)/Certified General Accountant (CGA) in British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Hampshire. Ms. Yuan obtained her Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1994. Ms. Yuan started her career as an internal auditor and then as team head of the internal audit department at the Bank of China's Shanghai Pudong branch in China from 1994 through to 1999. Ms. Yuan moved to Davidson and Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, in 2004 where she worked in the firm’s audit group. From November 2006 until 2009, Ms. Yuan was employed as an audit manager at Davidson. From 2009 until October 2011, Ms. Yuan was employed as an audit principal at Davidson. Currently, Ms. Yuan acts as Chief Financial Officer or financial consultant for several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and OTC Markets. Ms. Yuan is fluent in both English and Mandarin (oral and written).
Mr. Zhou brings over 17 years of management operating experience in investment, commercial, real estate, mining and other industries. Mr. Zhou is the Co-founder of China Mineral Holdings Limited also the Co-founder and the leader of SkyOcean Holding Co. Ltd.
Mr. Kahlert became a director of the Company in 2007. Since 1990, Mr. Kahlert has been the Vice President of Exploration and is a director of Commander Resources Ltd., a TSX-V listed exploration company focused primarily on gold and base metal exploration in Canada. Since 2002, he has been a director of Diamonds North Resources Ltd., a TSX-V listed diamond exploration company with properties in northern Canada. Prior to joining Commander Resources Ltd. in 1990, Mr. Kahlert served as Exploration Manager for Amoco Minerals and Superior Oil in Australia, Canada and the United States. Mr. Kahlert holds a B.Sc from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.
Mr. Sun has extensive experience in public companies from his working in the public practice since 2003 as well serving as director, Chair of Audit Committee and CFO in public companies. Prior to founding his own practice, Mao & Ying LLP in 2009, he worked in the assurance practice of an internationally recognized accounting firm. Mr. Sun holds a Master's Degree from Columbia University, New York in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University, China.
Mr. Zhang has 15 years of experience in the exploration, evaluation and investment of mining companies. He has been the investment director of Gold Mountains Asset Management Limited since September 2013. Mr. Zhang previously served as a geologist and investment manager of Zijin Mining Group between 2001 and 2013. Mr. Zhang received a Master degree in Finance from the Beijing Normal University in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in geology from the China University of Geo-Science (Wuhan) in 2001.
Mr. He has 23 years of experience in business administration，investment and M&A, in which about 10 years in mining companies, including a TSX-V listed exploration company and an exploration company in China. Since 2013, he worked in the M&A department of SkyOcean Holding Co. Ltd. Mr. He holds a Doctor’s Degree in Business Administration from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a Master's Degree in Investment Economic from University of Science and Technology of China and two Bachelor's Degrees from Tianjin University, China.
