Powerline和Aurex Hill金矿床包含在一个主要由晚原生代至寒武纪Hyland组的片岩、石英岩和石灰岩组成的变质碎屑岩群中。此处的金矿化主要与横切所有岩性的低角度石英-硫酸盐-黄铁矿脉有关，解读为与Tombstone金矿带和Selwyn盆地金矿床的典型大型侵入相关的金矿系统有关。在AurMac发现了一个强大的铋金关联，目前正在利用其来建立该项目区的勘探载体。

2022年的勘探计划
Banyan于1月26日开始了2022年的勘探计划，并于12月初关闭了营地，总共钻下了211个钻孔，最终完成了超过5万米的钻探，旨在扩大Powerline和Aurex Hill矿床周围的成矿范围。
2023年勘探和开发计划
Banyan的技术和管理团队正在制定2023年的勘探和开发计划。在AurMac的钻探将包括第一阶段的25,000米钻探计划，从3月份开始，规划了3个钻头。现场准备实验室将协助2023年的勘探工作，这将减少矿段测定时间，并有助于在勘探季内有针对性地完善钻探。
2023年的计划将包括扩大范围的冶金、岩土工程和基线环境工作。
分析方法和质量保证/质量控制措施
本新闻稿中报告的所有钻芯分离均由卑诗省温哥华的Bureau Veritas Minerals进行分析测定，使用王水消化ICP-MS 36元素AQ200分析和FA450 50克火试金法分析，对所有样本进行AAS处理。分离后，一半的样品被放回钻芯盒中，另一半的样品被密封在聚脂袋中。样本由Banyan员工或安排专人送到Bureau Veritas位于Whitehorse的制备实验室进行样本准备，然后运到Bureau Veritas在卑诗省温哥华的分析实验室进行粉碎和最后的化学分析。

Banyan的主要资产——AurMac项目区由Aurex和McQuesten以及由本公司100％拥有和标桩获得的矿权区组成，毗邻Victoria Gold位于加拿大育空地区的Eagle金矿。Banyan在2022年5月17日公布了AurMac项目区的资源量更新3,990,000盎司（见下文表3）。
面积173平方公里的AurMac项目区距离Victoria Gold的Eagle黄金项目30公里，毗邻Hecla Mining的高品位Keno Hill银矿。育空地区的主要公路和通往Victoria Gold露天堆浸的Eagle金矿的道路横穿该项目区。AurMac项目区拥有三相电力线、现有的发电站和手机信号塔。Banyan有权获得Aurex和McQuesten这两个项目区的100%权益，需要支付一定比例的权利金。
