温哥华，2018年10月30日/ CNW / – Namaste Technologies Inc.（“Namaste”或“本公司”） (TSXV: N) (FRANKFURT: M5BQ) (OTCMKTS: NXTTF)欣然宣布，本公司的全资子公司Cannmart Inc.（“Cannmart”）已与Maple Leaf Green World Inc.（“Maple Leaf”） (NEO: MGW, OTCQX: MGWFF)签署医疗大麻供应协议（“协议”）。
Cannmart将从Maple Leaf购买医疗大麻，并在Cannmart的在线平台上出售。根据协议条款，Cannmart将获得Maple Leaf生产的100%大麻总产量的优先购买权。为避免疑义，Maple Leaf应首先向Cannmart提供产品，如果Cannmart决定不从Maple Leaf购买所提供的产品，Maple Leaf有充分的自由向第三方销售产品。
与Maple Leaf达成的协议进一步巩固了Cannmart未来通过其在线平台销售的独特大麻产品供应链。Cannmart持有颁发给非耕种者的第一个“仅销售”许可证，目标是在加拿大提供来自许可生产商的独特精选优质大麻产品。
