安大略省多伦多–(Newsfile Corp. – 2023年1月18日) – First Phosphate Corp. (“First Phosphate”或“本公司”)欣然宣布之前通报的非经纪人私募配售融资（“发行”）的最后几批已经完成。
本公司已将私募配售上限从$200万（2022年11月28日通报）提高到$340万，以满足投资者兴趣的增加。
First Phosphate首席执行官John Passalacqua表示，“我们很高兴已经超过了最初的筹资目标，也非常高兴能有重要的相关投资者加入。魁北克萨格奈-拉克-圣让地区是First Phosphate的核心业务所在，我们计划将其打造成北美磷酸铁锂（LFP）电池产业发展的主要枢纽。”
2022年12月30日，本公司共发行了1,250,000个流转单位（定义见本公司2022年11月28日发布的新闻稿），所得款项总额为$500,000。2023年1月17日，本公司发行了1,574,784个硬美元单位（定义见本公司2022年11月28日的新闻稿），所得款项总额为$551,174.40。本公司为最后这几批私募配售支付了$26,264的现金佣金，并发行了75,040份补偿认股权证。预计此次发行所得款项将用于一般营运资金和勘探活动。
