本公司拟以每份流转单位$0.40的价格发行不超过2,500,000份流转单位（“FT单位”），募集资金总额高达$1,000,000。每个FT单位中包括本公司股本中的一股流转普通股（“FT股份”）和半份普通股认购权证（“认股权证”），每份认股权证可按$0.50的价格购买本公司股本中的一股非流通普通股，有效期至2025年12月31日。根据《加拿大所得税法》第 66(15)条的规定，FT股票将符合“流转股”的条件。
