 Pretomanid\u662f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u79cd\u901a\u8fc7\u6297\u83cc\u548c\u6297\u771f\u83cc\u836f\u7269\u6709\u9650\u4eba\u53e3\u9014\u5f84\uff08Limited Population Pathway for Antibacterial and Antifungal Drugs\uff0c LPAD\uff09\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6297\u83cc\u548c\u6297\u771f\u83cc\u836f\u7269\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u548c\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5728\u9700\u6c42\u672a\u6ee1\u8db3\u7684\u6709\u9650\u60a3\u8005\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e2d\u6cbb\u7597\u4e25\u91cd\u6216\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u3002LPAD\u9014\u5f84\u4e0b\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u7b80\u5316\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u5f00\u53d1\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ef\u80fd\u6d89\u53ca\u66f4\u5c0f\u3001\u66f4\u77ed\u6216\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u3002
