400;\">\u60f3\u8981\u5728\u4f60\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0REIT\uff1f\u60f3\u8981\u4e70\u5165\u6700\u597d\u7684REIT\uff1f\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u7c7b\u578b\u591a\u6837\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u5e2e\u52a9\u4f60\u5b9e\u73b0\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684REIT\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e00\u53ea\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6295\u8d44REIT\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u83b7\u53d6\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u8ddf\u6295\u8d44\u7c7b\u4f3cNetflix\u3001\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\u6216Shopify\u7b49\u80a1\u7968\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u8ffd\u6c42\u6536\u76ca\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u80fd\u5ffd\u89c6\u5206\u7ea2\u7684\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u624d\u80fd\u8d76\u4e0a\u901a\u80c0\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u53eaREIT\u6bcf\u5e74\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5206\u7ea2\u90fd\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u901a\u80c0\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5b9e\u9645\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u662f\u5728\u51cf\u5c11\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u591a\u4f26\u591a\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08TSX\uff09\u6302\u724c\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REITs\u670934\u53ea\uff0c\u4f46\u5e02\u503c\u9ad8\u4e8e$10\u4ebf\u7684\u53ea\u670920\u53ea\u3002\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5f88\u591aREITs\u90fd\u8c03\u6574\u4e86\u5206\u7ea2\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56db\u53ea\u7cbe\u9009REITs\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=CHP.UN%3ACA\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choice Properties REIT\uff08TSX: CHP.UN\uff09<\/span><\/a><span 400;\">\u2014\u2014\u96f6\u552eREIT\u2014\u2014\u8be5REIT\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u4f18\u52bf\u662f\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u591a\u6570\u90fd\u6765\u81eaLoblaw\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6295\u8d44\u903b\u8f91\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8eLoblaw\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u2014\u2014\u96f6\u552eREIT\u2014\u2014\u5546\u573a\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0d\u884c\u4e86\u5417\uff1f\u4e0d\u89c1\u5f97\uff0c\u7ebf\u4e0b\u5b9e\u4f53\u5e97\u7684\u8d2d\u7269\u9700\u6c42\u4f9d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u8bf4\uff0c\u5965\u7279\u83b1\u65af\u5c31\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u8fd9\u53eaREIT\u3002\u4f60\u60f3\u8981\u6700\u597d\u7684\u5730\u6bb5\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u2014\u2014\u529e\u516cREIT\u2014\u2014\u62e5\u6709\u6240\u6709\u5927\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u6838\u5fc3\u533a\u7684\u529e\u516c\u548c\u96f6\u552e\u5730\u4ea7\u3002\u529e\u516c\u9700\u6c42\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u53ea\u4e0d\u8fc7\u672a\u6765\u4f1a\u53d8\u5f97\u4e0d\u540c\u5e76\u6709\u5f85\u8c03\u6574\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REITs<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6309\u7167\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT\u5206\u5c5e\u4e03\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u5206\u7c7b\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u884c\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5230REIT\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u597d\u7684REIT\u5e94\u5f53\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6807\u51c6\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[\u5b9a\u91cf] \u4e30\u539a\u7684\u5206\u7ea2\u7387\u2014\u20144%\u81f36%\u4e4b\u95f4\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
