7.3%\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5982\u679c\u6295\u8d44$1.5\u4e07\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u6bcf\u6708\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ff\u5230$91\u7684\u6536\u5165\u3002\u8fd9\u5bb6\u5546\u4e1aREIT\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u72b6\u51b5\u4e0d\u751a\u7406\u60f3\uff0c\u4f46\u516c\u53f8\u4e1a\u52a1\u4e25\u91cd\u4f9d\u8d56\u529e\u516c\u7269\u4e1a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53cd\u5f39\u7a7a\u95f4\u5927\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u8fd9\u6ce2\u75ab\u60c5\u8fc7\u53bb\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u56de\u5f52\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff0cBTB\u7684\u79df\u8d41\u6536\u5165\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8fce\u6765\u62d0\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>Rogers
