IIPR\uff09<\/a>\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5411\u836f\u7528\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\u5e2e\u52a9\u5176\u6536\u5165\u548c\u76c8\u5229\u5feb\u901f\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd8\u6d3e\u53d1\u80a1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u4e1a\u53ea\u8981\u7ee7\u7eed\u589e\u957f\uff0cInnovative\u7684\u589e\u957f\u5c31\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6b62\u6b65\u3002\u8be5\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u8fc7\u53bb\u51e0\u4e2a\u5b63\u5ea6\u7684\u6536\u5165\u548c\u5229\u6da6\u589e\u901f\u90fd\u975e\u5e38\u4eae\u773c\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e8c\u5b63\u62a5\uff08\u622a\u81f36\u670830\u65e5\uff09\u4e5f\u6ca1\u8ba9\u4eba\u5931\u671b\u3002\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8bf4Innovative\u662f\u4e00\u53ea\u7a33\u8d62\u7684\u5927\u9ebb\u80a1\uff1f\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ed9\u4f603\u4e2a\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u7f8e\u56fd\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u4e1a\u521a\u521a\u8d77\u6b65\uff0c\u4e0a\u5347\u7a7a\u95f4\u5de8\u5927\uff0c\u4f46\u53d7\u5236\u4e8e\u5927\u9ebb\u7684\u8054\u90a6\u975e\u6cd5\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u65e0\u6cd5\u6295\u8d44\u5927\u9ebb\u80a1\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u878d\u8d44\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u8d44\u91d1\u6295\u5165\u751f\u4ea7\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e4b\u540e\u5c31\u6349\u895f\u89c1\u8098\uff0c\u94b1\u4e0d\u591f\u7528\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u65f6\u5019\u5c31\u6709\u4e86Innovative Industrial\u7684\u53d1\u6325\u7528\u6b66\u4e4b\u5730\u3002Innovative\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\u7b80\u5355\u6765\u8bf4\u5c31\u662f\u552e\u540e\u56de\u79df\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8d2d\u4e70\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u518d\u628a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u56de\u79df\u7ed9\u5356\u5bb6\u3002\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u73b0\u91d1\uff0cInnovative\u83b7\u5f97\u79df\u91d1\u6536\u5165\u3002\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u6269\u5f20\uff0c\u8be5REIT\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u6536\u5165\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u60ca\u4eba\u7684\u589e\u957f\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u4e8c\u5b63\u5ea6\u603b\u6536\u5165\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f101%\u81f3$4900\u4e07\uff0c\u5229\u6da6\u4ece\u4e0a\u5e74\u540c\u671f\u7684$1300\u4e07\u7ffb\u4e00\u500d\u591a\u81f3$2900\u4e07\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u6210\u957f\u7a7a\u95f4<\/h2>\n<p>Innovative\u76ee\u524d\u62e5\u6709\u8986\u76d6\u7f8e\u56fd19\u4e2a\u5dde\u768475\u5904\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\uff0c\u603b\u9762\u79ef\u8fbe730\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u66f4\u4e3a\u53ef\u559c\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u623f\u5730\u4ea7100%\u90fd\u79df\u8d41\u51fa\u53bb\u4e86\u30027\u67081\u65e5\u81f310\u67081\u65e5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u5c55\u4e864\u8d77\u6536\u8d2d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec3\u5904\u65b0\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u4ee5\u53ca1\u5904\u73b0\u6709\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u7684\u571f\u5730\u6269\u5f20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u79df\u6237\u5305\u62ecCresco Labs\u3001Trulieve Cannabis\u3001Curaleaf Holdings\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caGreen Thumb
