IIPR\uff09<\/a>\u517c\u5177\u80a1\u606f\u6536\u76ca\u548c\u8d44\u672c\u589e\u6b96\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5927\u9ebb\u8de8\u5dde\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\uff08MSO\uff09Curaleaf Holdings Inc.\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=CURA%3ACNX\">CSE: CURA<\/a>\uff09\uff08<a CURLF<\/a>\uff09\u79ef\u6781\u6269\u5c55\u65b0\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u73b0\u5728\u8981\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e24\u53ea\u5927\u9ebb\u80a1\u5f53\u4e2d\u9009\u62e9\u4e00\u53ea\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u8be5\u9009\u54ea\u53ea\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2>\u9009\u62e9Innovative Industrial Properties\u7684\u7406\u7531<\/h2>\n<p>Innovative Industrial Properties\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u5bb6\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u73b0\u5728\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u9886\u5148\u7684\u4ece\u4e8b\u5927\u9ebb\u79cd\u690d\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6240\u6709\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u4ee5\u53ca\u79df\u8d41\u7684REIT\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u5168\u7f8e19\u4e2a\u5dde\u62e5\u670976\u5ea7\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\uff0c\u603b\u9762\u79ef\u7ea6\u4e3a750\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5168\u90fd\u79df\u8d41\u7ed9\u4e86\u5dde\u7ea7\u6388\u6743\u7684\u5927\u9ebb\u79cd\u690d\u5546\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u79df\u8d41\u671f\u9650\u4e3a16.7\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u7f8e\u56fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u8054\u90a6\u5927\u9ebb\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\uff0cInnovative Industrial\u672a\u6765\u591a\u5e74\u4f9d\u7136\u62e5\u6709\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u7b80\u5355\u5c06\u5927\u9ebb\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u89c6\u4e3a\u8be5REIT\u7684\u5229\u7a7a\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5f88\u591a\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u53d7\u5236\u4e8e\u5927\u9ebb\u7684\u8054\u90a6\u975e\u6cd5\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u83b7\u5f97\u4f20\u7edf\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u7684\u878d\u8d44\u624d\u4f1a\u88ab\u8feb\u4e0eIIP\u7b7e\u7f72\u552e\u540e\u56de\u79df\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u4f46\u5373\u4f7f\u94f6\u884c\u878d\u8d44\u5411\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u4e1a\u5f00\u653e\uff0cIIP\u4f9d\u7136\u80fd\u591f\u83b7\u5f97\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u535a\u5f69\u4e1aREITs\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u5c31\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u8bf4\u660e\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8ddf\u6240\u6709\u7684REITs\u4e00\u6837\uff0cInnovative
