Realty\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6570\u91cf\u518d\u589e25\u5ea7\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u56fd\u9645\u6269\u5f20\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fdb\u519b\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ec4\u5408\u7684\u591a\u5143\u5316\uff0c\u8f6c\u578b\u4e3a\u6570\u636e\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u5168\u7403\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>American Tower\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5168\u7403REITs\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u7a33\u6b65\u4ece\u7535\u4fe1\u516c\u53f8\u624b\u4e2d\u6536\u8d2d\u901a\u4fe1\u5854\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u65b0\u5efa\u7535\u4fe1\u5854\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u79df\u6237\u6570\u91cf\u3002\u4e09\u7ba1\u9f50\u4e0b\u7684\u6210\u957f\u6218\u7565\u4e0b\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8fc7\u53bb10\u5e74\u7684\u6536\u5165\u548c\u8c03\u6574\u540e\u8425\u8fd0\u8d44\u91d1\uff08AFFO\uff09\u5e74\u590d\u5408\u589e\u901f\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u4e2d\u7b49\u53cc\u4f4d\u6570\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c2012\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8be5\u7f8e\u56fd\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREIT\u6bcf\u5e74\u80a1\u606f\u4e0a\u8c03\u5e45\u5ea6\u8d85\u8fc720%\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u65b0\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1\u4ee5\u53ca\u7a33\u5065\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u8d1f\u503a\u8868\uff0cAmerican Tower\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u6709\u671b\u7ef4\u6301\u53cc\u4f4d\u6570\u7684\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u7f8e\u56fd\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\uff1aCrown Castle International<\/h2>\n<p>2015\u5e74\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=CCI\">Crown Castle International Corp\uff08NYSE: CCI\uff09<\/a>\u51fa\u552e\u5176\u56fd\u9645\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u805a\u7126\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u622a\u81f32021\u5e74\u5e95\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u62e5\u6709\u8d85\u8fc74\u4e07\u5ea7\u901a\u4fe1\u5854\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u8fd8\u62e5\u67098\u4e07\u5ea7\u5df2\u5efa\u6210\u5f00\u901a\u6216\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u57fa\u7ad9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca8\u4e07route Castle\u65a5\u8d44$200\u4ebf\u6536\u8d2d\u901a\u4fe1\u5854\u548c\u5149\u7ea4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6295\u8d44$110\u4ebf\u6269\u5927\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u4ea7\u89c4\u6a21\u3002\u672a\u676510\u5e74\uff0c\u968f\u77405G\u7b49\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u65e0\u7ebf\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5c06\u8fce\u6765\u65b0\u4e00\u8f6e\u6295\u8d44\u5468\u671f\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0cCrown Castle\u9884\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8\u957f\u671f\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u5e74\u589e\u901f\u5c06\u7ef4\u63017%\u52308%\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u7f8e\u56fd\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\uff1aSBA Communications<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=SBAC\">SBA Communications Corp\uff08NASDAQ: SBAC\uff09<\/a>\u62e5\u6709\u5305\u62ec\u4fe1\u53f7\u5854\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u5c4b\u9876\u3001\u5206\u5e03\u5f0f\u5929\u7ebf\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0f\u578b\u57fa\u7ad9\u5728\u5185\u7684\u5168\u7403\u65e0\u7ebf\u901a\u4fe1\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u30022021\u5e74\u672b\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u62e5\u6709\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5317\u7f8e\u3001\u5357\u7f8e\u4ee5\u53ca\u975e\u6d3214\u4e2a\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u8d85\u8fc73.3\u4e07\u5ea7\u901a\u4fe1\u7ad9\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SBA UNIT\uff09<\/a>\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u6536\u8d2d\u548c\u5efa\u8bbe\u5173\u952e\u7684\u901a\u8baf\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u30022021\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u62e5\u670912.6\u4e07route mile\u7684\u5149\u7ea4\uff0c750\u4e07strand mile\u7684\u5149\u7ea4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6bd4\u5982\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u57fa\u7ad9\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u901a\u8baf\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u3002\u8be5REIT\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u524d\u5341\u5927\u5149\u7ea4\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Uniti
