Gamma\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\u5e76\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4fc3\u6210\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8d2d\u5165\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u3002\u8fd9\u53ea\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u589e\u901f\u5f88\u5feb\uff0c\u4f46\u901a\u80c0\u4f1a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u80a1\u606f\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u6216\u5927\u9ebb\u6295\u8d44\u8005\uff0c\u5f88\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u542c\u8bf4\u8fc7Innovative Industrial Properties\u8fd9\u53ea\u80a1\u7968\u2014\u2014\u6b63\u5728\u5d1b\u8d77\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u6574\u4e2a\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u5730\u4e3b\u3002\u8fc7\u53bb5\u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ea\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u7684\u603b\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe1140%\uff0c\u80a1\u606f\u589e\u901f900%\uff0c\u5e02\u503c$48\u4ebf\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0cAFC Gamma\u7684\u5e02\u503c\u4ec5\u6709\u4e0d\u5230$3.87\u4ebf\uff0c\u4f53\u91cf\u8fd8\u5f88\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u5426\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0cAFC Gamma\u4f1a\u6210\u4e3a\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2aIIP\uff1f\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u73b0\u5728\u4e0a\u8f66\u4f1a\u5426\u6536\u83b7\u8d85\u9ad8\u7684\u6536\u76ca\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2>IIP\u548cAFC Gamma\u201c\u540c\u6839\u751f\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e24\u53ea\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u662f\u4e00\u6837\u7684\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u5927\u9ebb\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a6\u5c42\u9762\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u975e\u6cd5\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5927\u9ebb\u4f01\u4e1a\u5f88\u96be\u4ece\u94f6\u884c\u7b49\u4f20\u7edf\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u7b79\u96c6\u5230\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u4e5f\u4e0d\u613f\u53bb\u5192\u60f9\u6012\u8054\u90a6\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u4e3a\u7c7b\u4f3cIIP\u548cAFC Gamma\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u751f\u5b58\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u73b0\u91d1\u5e76\u4ea4\u6362\u5b83\u4eec\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8010\u7528\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u8bf4\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0cIIP\u548cAFC Gamma\u867d\u662f\u201c\u540c\u6839\u751f\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\u5e76\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3002IIP\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\u662f\u552e\u540e\u56de\u79df\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6536\u8d2d\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u518d\u56de\u79df\u7ed9\u5bf9\u65b9\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u6536\u53d6\u5b9a\u671f\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u3002\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u6bcf\u6b21\u4ea4\u6613\u540e\u540c\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\uff08\u79df\u91d1\uff09\u548c\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6240\u6709\u6743\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0cAFC Gamma\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u6050\u6015\u96be\u4ee5\u8ddfIIP\u76f8\u63d0\u5e76\u8bba\uff0c\u7406\u7531\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u539f\u56e0\u662f\uff0cAFC
