ETF\u662f\u4e0d\u9519\u7684\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u5747\u4e0d\u4f4e\u4e8e3%\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT ETF 1\uff1aVRE<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=VRE%3ACA\">Vanguard FTSE Canadian Capped REIT Index ETF\uff08TSX:VRE\uff09<\/a>\u8ddf\u8e2a18\u5bb6REITs\u4ee5\u53ca\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u8986\u76d6\u5927\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5e02\u503c\u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u5355\u80a1\u6743\u91cd\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc725%\u3002VRE\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u96f6\u552eREITs\u6bd4\u91cd\u6700\u5927\uff0822.4%\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4f59\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\u5de5\u4e1a\uff0816.8%\uff09\u3001\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0815.2%\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff0814.5%\uff09\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5360\u6bd4\u7ea6\u4e3a17.1%\u3002\u603b\u7684\u6765\u8bf4\uff0cVRE\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u76f8\u5f53\u5747\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u6570\u4eba\u4e70\u5165REITs\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u83b7\u53d6\u6708\u606f\uff0c\u76ee\u524dVRE\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u4e3a3.47%\uff0c\u8fdc\u9ad8\u4e8e\u6307\u6570\u57fa\u91d1\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u5339\u654c\u90e8\u5206\u80a1\u606f\u80a1\u3002\u8be5\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT ETF\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8d39\u7387\uff08MER\uff09\u4e3a0.38%\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e$1\u4e07\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u989d\u6bcf\u5e74\u8981\u652f\u4ed8$38\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8d39\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u5171\u540c\u57fa\u91d1\u8981\u4fbf\u5b9c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT ETF\uff08TSX:XRE\uff09<\/a>\u8ddfVRE\u975e\u5e38\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u8ddf\u8e2a19\u53eaREITs\uff0c\u5355\u4e00\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u6743\u91cd\u4e0a\u9650\u4e5f\u662f25%\u3002\u8be5\u57fa\u91d1\u66f4\u52a0\u96c6\u4e2d\u4e8e\u96f6\u552e\uff0836.6%\uff09\u548c\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0823.2%\uff09REITs\uff0c\u4e0d\u6301\u6709\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>XRE\u8fc7\u53bb12\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u4e3a3.87%\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u540c\u6837\u4e5f\u662f\u6d3e\u53d1\u6708\u606f\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ea\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT
