2\uff1aWelltower<\/h2>\n<p>\u7f8e\u80a1\u533b\u7597REIT Welltower Inc\uff08NYSE:HCN\uff09\u6295\u8d44\u5305\u62ec\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u516c\u5bd3\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u62a4\u7406\u8bbe\u65bd\u4ee5\u53ca\u533b\u7597\u529e\u516c\u697c\u7b49\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002\u8be5\u80a1\u4eca\u5e74\u622a\u81f312\u670811\u65e5\u5305\u62ec\u80a1\u606f\u5728\u5185\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u4e3a38.5%\uff0c\u662f\u8be5\u7f8e\u80a1REITs\u540d\u5355\u5f53\u4e2d2023\u5e74\u8868\u73b0\u6700\u597d\u7684\u4e2a\u80a1\u3002Welltower\u4e09\u5b63\u5ea6\u5b8c\u621014\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\uff0c\u8d22\u62a5\u524d\u53c8\u5b8c\u6210\u4e869.22\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\u3002\u5206\u6790\u5e08Kevin Inc\uff08NYSE:SPG\uff09\u4e13\u95e8\u6295\u8d44\u533a\u57df\u6027\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u5965\u7279\u83b1\u65af\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u793e\u533a\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002Brown\u8868\u793a\uff0cSimon\u5c06SPARC
