\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4f4f\u5b85\u7c7bREIT <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=MRG.UN%3ACA\">Morguard North American Residential REIT\uff08TSX:MRG.UN\uff09<\/a><\/strong>\u662f\u4e0d\u9519\u7684\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u7406\u7531\u5305\u62ec\u5f3a\u52b2\u7684\u76c8\u5229\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u7a33\u5b9a\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u4ee5\u53ca\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u7ecf\u8425\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f4f\u623f\u662f\u521a\u9700\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53ea\u8981\u6761\u4ef6\u5141\u8bb8\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u90fd\u4f1a\u652f\u4ed8\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u6216\u516c\u5bd3\u79df\u91d1\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64Morguard\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u975e\u5e38\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8be5REIT\u7684\u623f\u4ea7\u5206\u5e03\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u591a\u4e2a\u5dde\u4ee5\u53ca\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5404\u5730\uff0c\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5730\u57df\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u8fd9\u4e00\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5206\u7ea2\u76f8\u5f53\u53ef\u89c2\uff0c\u5f53\u524d\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u7ea6\u4e3a4.5%\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u8fd8\u7559\u5b58\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u7528\u4e8e\u672a\u6765\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ec4\u5408\u7684\u6269\u5f20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u5e08\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u76ee\u6807\u80a1\u4ef7\u4e3a19.50\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u9ad8\u4e8e\u8be5\u80a1\u5f53\u524d\u5e02\u4ef7\u768416.50\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5b83\u8fd8\u5177\u6709\u663e\u8457\u7684\u8d44\u672c\u589e\u503c\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e24\u5927\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u96f6\u552eREIT<\/h2>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u4f4f\u5b85REIT\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u96f6\u552eREIT <strong>CT REIT<\/strong>\uff08TSX:CRT.UN\uff09\u548c<strong>First Capital REIT<\/strong>\uff08TSX:FCR.UN\uff09\u4e5f\u5177\u5907\u4ef7\u503c\u6295\u8d44\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CT REIT\u80cc\u9760\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u96f6\u552e\u54c1\u724c\u5de8\u5934\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u8f6e\u80ce\u516c\u53f8\uff08Canadian Tire\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u8f6e\u80ce\u8fd8\u662f\u5b83\u6700\u5927\u7684\u79df\u6237\uff0c\u8d21\u732e\u4e86\u5927\u7ea690%\u7684\u6536\u5165\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6295\u8d44CT
