href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=MI.UN%3ACA\">Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust\uff08TSX:MI.UN\uff09<\/a>\u548cChoice Properties REIT\uff08TSX:CHP.UN\uff09\u8fd9\u4e24\u53ea\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u80a1\u7968\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0a\u6da8\u53ef\u671f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8fd8\u9002\u5408\u80a1\u606f\u5bfc\u5411\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u80a1\u79681\uff1aMinto Apartment REIT<\/h2>\n<p>Minto Apartment REIT\u6700\u8fd1\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5b63\u5ea6\u8d22\u52a1\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\u4e1a\u7ee9\u9753\u4e3d\u3002\u8be5REIT\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u6bcf\u80a1\u8d44\u4ea7\u51c0\u503c\u4e3a22.27\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5229\u7387\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u4fc3\u4f7f\u8be5\u80a1\u80a1\u4ef7\u5347\u81f3\u51c0\u503c\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u80a1\u4ef7\u4e0a\u6da8\u6f5c\u529b\u5c06\u63a5\u8fd143%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u7c7bREIT\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u62e5\u6709\u5e76\u8fd0\u84256211\u5957\u79df\u8d41\u516c\u5bd3\u3002\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u65b0\u79df\u8d41\u5408\u540c\u5e73\u5747\u79df\u91d1\u7684\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u8f83\u9ad8\u4e14\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u51fa\u79df\u7387\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u4e0a\u5b63\u5ea6\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\u540c\u7269\u4e1a\u51c0\u8425\u4e1a\u6536\u5165\uff08NOI\uff09\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f7.5%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c24\u5176\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cMinto REIT\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e00\u5b63\u5ea6\u7684\u53ef\u5206\u914d\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u589e\u957f18.7%\uff0c\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\u8c03\u6574\u540e\u8fd0\u8425\u8d44\u91d1\uff08AFFO\uff09\u6d3e\u606f\u7387\u4e0b\u964d870\u4e2a\u57fa\u70b9\u81f3\u884c\u4e1a\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73\u768457.2%\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6d3e\u606f\u66f4\u52a0\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u80a1\u606f\u4e0a\u8c03\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e5f\u66f4\u5927\u4e86\u30022018\u5e747\u6708\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u52df\u80a1\uff08IPO\uff09\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8be5REIT\u7684\u6708\u5ea6\u80a1\u606f\u5df2\u7d2f\u8ba1\u63d0\u9ad823.2%\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u6309\u5e74\u8ba1\u7b97\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e3.2%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0cMinto Apartment REIT\u7684\u5229\u606f\u6210\u672c\u540c\u6bd4\u4e0b\u964d\u4e8616.5%\u3002\u8be5\u4fe1\u6258\u6210\u529f\u507f\u8fd8\u4e86\u9ad8\u6210\u672c\u503a\u52a1\uff0c\u8d1f\u503a\u51c0\u8d44\u4ea7\u6bd4\u7387\u4e0b\u964d100\u4e2a\u57fa\u70b9\u81f341.8%\u3002\u968f\u7740\u5229\u7387\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u8be5REIT\u7684\u878d\u8d44\u6210\u672c\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u524d\u666f\u66f4\u52a0\u770b\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u80a1\u79682\uff1aChoice Properties REIT<\/h2>\n<p>Choice Properties
