Trust\uff08TSX:DIR.UN\uff09\u00a0<\/a>\u51ed\u501f\u9ad8\u80a1\u606f\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u548c\u624e\u5b9e\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u9762\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5f53\u524d\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\u7684\u7126\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e3a\u4f55\u9009\u62e9Dream Industrial REIT\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>Dream Industrial REIT\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u6b27\u6d32\u6838\u5fc3\u5e02\u573a\u6301\u6709\u5e76\u8fd0\u8425\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u4f18\u8d28\u5de5\u4e1a\u5730\u4ea7\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u805a\u7126\u7269\u6d41\u53ca\u914d\u9001\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9886\u57df\u3002\u968f\u7740\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u7206\u53d1\u5f0f\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bf9\u9ad8\u6548\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u6fc0\u589e\uff0c\u8be5\u4fe1\u6258\u51ed\u501f\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u548c\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4f18\u8d8a\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u7262\u7262\u6293\u4f4f\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u957f\u671f\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002\u8be5REIT\u76ee\u524d\u5e02\u503c\u8fbe31\u4ebf\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u662f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u4fe1\u6258\u9886\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6536\u76ca\u578b\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0cDream Industrial REIT\u6700\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u5728\u4e8e6.8%\u7684\u8fdc\u671f\u80a1\u606f\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8be5REIT\u6bcf\u5355\u4f4d\u5e74\u5ea6\u80a1\u606f\u4e3a0.70\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd8\u662f\u6309\u6708\u6d3e\u606f\uff0c\u4e3a\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u7a33\u5b9a\u548c\u53ef\u9884\u6d4b\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\uff0c\u8fd9\u5728\u5e02\u573a\u6ce2\u52a8\u671f\u5c24\u4e3a\u73cd\u8d35\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6d3e\u606f\u7387\u7ea6\u4e3a77.4%\uff0c\u65e2\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e86\u80a1\u606f\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u8d44\u4ea7\u518d\u6295\u8d44\u548c\u4e1a\u52a1\u6269\u5f20\u9884\u7559\u4e86\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u80a1\u606f\u6536\u5165\uff0cDream REIT\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u9762\u4e5f\u975e\u5e38\u575a\u5b9e\u30022024\u5e74\u7b2c\u56db\u5b63\u5ea6\u8d22\u62a5\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5b9e\u73b0\u6536\u51651.195\u4ebf\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u6bcf\u5355\u4f4d\u8fd0\u8425\u8d44\u91d1\uff08FFO\uff090.26\u52a0\u5143\uff08FFO\u662f\u8861\u91cfREIT\u6838\u5fc3\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6307\u6807\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u8868\u73b0\u5370\u8bc1\u4e86\u8be5REIT\u901a\u8fc7\u6838\u5fc3\u8d44\u4ea7\u6301\u7eed\u521b\u6536\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u901a\u8fc7\u6218\u7565\u6536\u8d2d\u73b0\u6709\u5de5\u4e1a\u5730\u4ea7\u53ca\u5f00\u53d1\u65b0\u8bbe\u65bd\u6765\u6269\u5927\u8d44\u4ea7\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u628a\u63e1\u5de5\u4e1a\u5730\u4ea7\u9700\u6c42\u589e\u957f\u7684\u7ea2\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5c55\u671b\uff1a\u653b\u5b88\u517c\u5907\u7684\u957f\u671f\u9009\u62e9<\/h2>\n<p>\u5206\u6790\u6307\u51fa\uff0cDream
