Homes\u62e5\u6709\u5168\u7f8e16\u4e2a\u9ad8\u589e\u957f\u4f4f\u623f\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u8fd19.3\u4e07\u5957\u72ec\u6237\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5176\u4ed6\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4ee3\u7ba11.7\u4e07\u5957\u623f\u4ea7\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5206\u6563\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u5e26\u6765\u7a33\u5b9a\u589e\u957f\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u652f\u64913.3%\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\uff08\u6bcf\u6295\u8d44100\u7f8e\u5143\u5e74\u5206\u7ea2\u7ea63.3\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5REIT\u901a\u8fc7\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u5efa\u7b51\u5546\u6536\u8d2d\uff08\u5df2\u7b7e\u7ea62000\u5957\u5de6\u53f3\uff09\u3001\u516c\u5f00\u5e02\u573a\u4ea4\u6613\u7b49\u65b9\u5f0f\u6301\u7eed\u6269\u5f20\uff0c\u81ea2017\u5e74\u4e0a\u5e02\u4ee5\u6765\u80a1\u606f\u8fde\u5e74\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u662f\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u53c2\u4e0e\u79df\u8d41\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6708\u6708\u5206\u7ea2\u7684\u5178\u8303\uff1a<a
