(TST001)\u65b0\u85e5\u5df2\u7372\u5f97\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40(FDA)\u9812\u767c\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u6279\u4ef6\u3002TST001\u7531\u9081\u535a\u65af\u751f\u7269\u548c\u5275\u52dd\u96c6\u5718\u53e6\u4e00\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u5955\u5b89\u6fdf\u4e16\u751f\u7269(HJB)\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Claudin 18.2\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u7684\u7368\u7279\u8868\u9054\u8b5c\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u591a\u7a2e\u816b\u7624\u985e\u578b\u4e2d\u7684\u7570\u5e38\u8868\u9054\u4f7fClaudin 18.2\u6210\u70ba\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u6297\u764c\u6cbb\u7642\u9776\u6a19\u3002TST001 \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4eba\u6e90\u5316\u7684\u9ad8\u89aa\u548c\u529b\u6297 CLDN18.2 \u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u53ef\u901a\u904e\u6297\u9ad4\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027 (ADCC) \u6bba\u6b7b\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5de5\u85dd\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86 TST001 \u7684\u553e\u6db2\u9178\u7cd6\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u4e26\u986f\u8457\u589e\u5f37\u4e86\u5176\u5c0d\u8868\u9054 CLDN18.2 \u7684\u816b\u7624\u7684 ADCC \u8a98\u5c0e\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0cTST001 \u5728\u591a\u7a2e\u816b\u7624\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u986f\u793a\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728GLP\u6bd2\u7406\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u3002TST001 \u5df2\u7372\u5f97\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (FDA) \u548c\u4e2d\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (NMPA) \u7684\u8a31\u53ef\u91dd\u5c0d\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u9032\u884c\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5275\u52dd\u96c6\u5718\u5171\u540c\u5275\u59cb\u4eba\u548c\u9996\u5e2d\u57f7\u884c\u5b98\u9322\u96ea\u660e\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201cTST001 \u7684\u65b0\u85e5\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u7533\u8acb\u7372\u5f97 FDA
