400;\">\u60f3\u8981\u5728\u4f60\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0REIT\uff1f\u60f3\u8981\u8cb7\u5165\u6700\u597d\u7684REIT\uff1f\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u985e\u578b\u591a\u6a23\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f60\u5be6\u73fe\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684REIT\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e00\u96bb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7REIT\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u7372\u53d6\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u8ddf\u6295\u8cc7\u985e\u4f3cNetflix\u3001\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c\u6216Shopify\u7b49\u80a1\u7968\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u8ffd\u6c42\u6536\u76ca\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u80fd\u5ffd\u8996\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u624d\u80fd\u8d95\u4e0a\u901a\u8139\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u96bbREIT\u6bcf\u5e74\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5206\u7d05\u90fd\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u901a\u8139\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5be6\u969b\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u662f\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u591a\u502b\u591a\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08TSX\uff09\u639b\u724c\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REITs\u670934\u53ea\uff0c\u4f46\u5e02\u503c\u9ad8\u65bc$10\u5104\u7684\u53ea\u670920\u53ea\u3002\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5f88\u591aREITs\u90fd\u8abf\u6574\u4e86\u5206\u7d05\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56db\u96bb\u7cbe\u9078REITs\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a 400;\">\u2014\u2014\u96f6\u552eREIT\u2014\u2014\u8a72REIT\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u512a\u52e2\u662f\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u591a\u6578\u90fd\u4f86\u81eaLoblaw\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6295\u8cc7\u908f\u8f2f\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bcLoblaw\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u2014\u2014\u96f6\u552eREIT\u2014\u2014\u5546\u5834\u5df2\u7d93\u4e0d\u884c\u4e86\u55ce\uff1f\u4e0d\u898b\u5f97\uff0c\u7dda\u4e0b\u5be6\u9ad4\u5e97\u7684\u8cfc\u7269\u9700\u6c42\u4f9d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaa\uff0c\u5967\u7279\u840a\u65af\u5c31\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u9019\u53eaREIT\u3002\u4f60\u60f3\u8981\u6700\u597d\u7684\u5730\u6bb5\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u2014\u2014\u8fa6\u516cREIT\u2014\u2014\u64c1\u6709\u6240\u6709\u5927\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u6838\u5fc3\u5340\u7684\u8fa6\u516c\u548c\u96f6\u552e\u5730\u7522\u3002\u8fa6\u516c\u9700\u6c42\u4e0d\u6703\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u53ea\u4e0d\u904e\u672a\u4f86\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u4e0d\u540c\u4e26\u6709\u5f85\u8abf\u6574\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REITs<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6309\u7167\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT\u5206\u5c6c\u4e03\u500b\u884c\u696d\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u5206\u985e\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u884c\u696d\u74b0\u5883\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5230REIT\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u597d\u7684REIT\u61c9\u7576\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6a19\u6e96\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[\u5b9a\u91cf]\u8c50\u539a\u7684\u5206\u7d05\u7387\u2014\u20144%\u81f36%\u4e4b\u9593\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
