IIPR\uff09<\/a>\u517c\u5177\u80a1\u606f\u6536\u76ca\u548c\u8cc7\u672c\u589e\u6b96\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u7f8e\u570b\u5927\u9ebb\u8de8\u5dde\u904b\u71df\u5546\uff08MSO\uff09Curaleaf Holdings Inc.\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=CURA%3ACNX\">CSE: CURA<\/a>\uff09\uff08<a CURLF<\/a>\uff09\u7a4d\u6975\u64f4\u5c55\u65b0\u5e02\u5834\u3002\u5982\u679c\u73fe\u5728\u8981\u5f9e\u9019\u5169\u96bb\u5927\u9ebb\u80a1\u7576\u4e2d\u9078\u64c7\u4e00\u96bb\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u8a72\u9078\u54ea\u53ea\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2>\u9078\u64c7Innovative Industrial Properties\u7684\u7406\u7531<\/h2>\n<p>Innovative Industrial Properties\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u5bb6\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u73fe\u5728\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u9818\u5148\u7684\u5f9e\u4e8b\u5927\u9ebb\u7a2e\u690d\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\u623f\u5730\u7523\u6240\u6709\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u4ee5\u53ca\u79df\u8cc3\u7684REIT\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u5168\u7f8e19\u500b\u5dde\u64c1\u670976\u5ea7\u623f\u5730\u7523\uff0c\u7e3d\u9762\u7a4d\u7d04\u7232750\u842c\u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5168\u90fd\u79df\u8cc3\u7d66\u4e86\u5dde\u7d1a\u6388\u6b0a\u7684\u5927\u9ebb\u7a2e\u690d\u5546\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u79df\u8cc3\u671f\u9650\u723216.7\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u7f8e\u570b\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u806f\u90a6\u5927\u9ebb\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\uff0cInnovative Industrial\u672a\u4f86\u591a\u5e74\u4f9d\u7136\u64c1\u6709\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u7c21\u55ae\u5c07\u5927\u9ebb\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u8996\u7232\u8a72REIT\u7684\u5229\u7a7a\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u5f88\u591a\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u53d7\u5236\u4e8e\u5927\u9ebb\u7684\u806f\u90a6\u975e\u6cd5\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u878d\u8cc7\u624d\u6703\u88ab\u8feb\u8207IIP\u7c3d\u7f72\u552e\u5f8c\u56de\u79df\u5354\u8b70\u3002\u4f46\u5373\u4f7f\u9280\u884c\u878d\u8cc7\u5411\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u696d\u958b\u653e\uff0cIIP\u4f9d\u7136\u80fd\u591f\u7372\u5f97\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u535a\u5f69\u696dREITs\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5c31\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u8aaa\u660e\u4e86\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8ddf\u6240\u6709\u7684REITs\u4e00\u6a23\uff0cInnovative
