Gensler\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u59cb\u8457\u624b\u63a8\u52d5\u8b49\u5238\u7d50\u7b97\u898f\u5247\u7684\u8b8a\u9769\uff1a\u201cSEC\u6b63\u5728\u5c0d\u8b49\u5238\u6e05\u7b97\u548c\u7d50\u7b97\u7a0b\u5e8f\u63d0\u51fa\u5e7e\u9805\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6e05\u7b97\u548c\u7d50\u7b97\u5c6c\u65bc\u91d1\u878d\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u4e5f\u7d93\u5e38\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u201c\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u201d\u3002\u6563\u6236\u5927\u6230\u83ef\u723e\u8857\u7684\u9b27\u5287\u8aaa\u660e\u4e86\u7f8e\u570b\u91d1\u878d\u5e02\u5834\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u9762\u5c0d\u7576\u524d\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u751f\u614b\u6709\u4e9b\u529b\u4e0d\u5f9e\u5fc3\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21SEC\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u7d50\u7b97\u8b8a\u9769\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u61c9\u5c0d\u65e9\u524d\u6563\u6236\u62b1\u5718\u7db2\u7d05\u80a1\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u7db2\u7d05\u80a1\u201d\u73fe\u8c61\u66b4\u9732\u7f8e\u80a1\u7d50\u7b97\u898f\u5247\u786c\u50b7<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7f8e\u80a1\u6563\u6236\u62b1\u5718\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u6700\u70ba\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u4e00\u5e55\u662f\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u5238\u5546Robinhood\u4e00\u5ea6\u9650\u5236\u4e86Gamestop\u7b49\u6982\u5ff5\u80a1\u7968\u7684\u8cfc\u8cb7\u3002\u7576\u6642\u5e02\u5834\u5f88\u591a\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u8a8d\u70baRobinhood\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u662f\u7531\u5f8c\u9762\u62bc\u6ce8\u8a72\u80a1\u7968\u7684\u5c0d\u6c96\u57fa\u91d1\u6216\u9ad8\u983b\u4ea4\u6613\u516c\u53f8\u6307\u4f7f\uff0c\u4e26\u89e3\u8b80\u70ba\u201c\u83ef\u723e\u8857\u63a1\u7528\u62d4\u7db2\u7dda\u3001\u522a\u4ee3\u78bc\u7b49\u64cd\u4f5c\u201d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u771f\u5be6\u539f\u56e0\u6c92\u6709\u90a3\u9ebc\u8907\u96dc\u548c\u9670\u8b00\u8ad6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7531\u73fe\u884c\u7d50\u7b97\u898f\u5247\u5c0e\u81f4\u3002\u6309\u7167\u7f8e\u570b\u7576\u524d\u7684\u898f\u5247\uff0c\u80a1\u7968\u4ea4\u6613\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u4ea4\u6613\u5f8c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u5373\u201cT+2\u201d\u7d50\u7b97\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0c\u5728\u5be6\u969b\u7d50\u7b97\u65e5\u671f\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8cb7\u4e3b\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u4e0d\u6703\u652f\u4ed8\u80a1\u4efd\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u5c31\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u5be6\u76ca\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728T+1\u65e5\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u4fe1\u8a17\u8207\u6e05\u7b97\u516c\u53f8\uff08DTCC\uff09\u7684\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u2014\u2014\u570b\u5bb6\u80a1\u7968\u6e05\u7b97\u516c\u53f8\uff08NSCC\uff09\u8981\u6c42\u5e02\u5834\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u5728T+2\u5373\u5c07\u4ea4\u4ed8\u548c\u6536\u5230\u7684\u73fe\u6b3e\u548c\u8b49\u5238\u7e73\u7d0d\u62b5\u62bc\u7269\u3002\u6839\u64da\u898f\u5247\uff0c\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u7121\u6cd5\u5c07\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u73fe\u91d1\u7528\u4f5c\u62b5\u62bc\u54c1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u800c\u5728<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hant\/blog\/2021\/01\/%e5%8c%97%e7%be%8e%e6%95%a3%e6%88%b6-%e8%8f%af%e7%88%be%e8%a1%97-%e7%a9%ba%e9%a0%ad\/\"><span 400;\">\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u4ea4\u6613\u91cf\u6fc0\u589e\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u6ce2\u52d5\u6027\u589e\u5927\uff0cDTCC\u8981\u6c42Robinhood\u63d0\u4f9b30\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5de8\u984d\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1\u3002\u7576\u6642\u7684Robinhood\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u5bb6\u975e\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u65b0\u8208\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u9055\u7d04\u3001\u6e05\u511f\u751a\u81f3\u88ab\u8feb\u88ab\u517c\u4f75\u6216\u8005\u51fa\u552e\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u4e00\u5468\u4e4b\u5167\u5206\u5169\u6b21\u5411\u5176\u79c1\u52df\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u52df\u96c6\u4e8634\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u9650\u5236\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u624d\u6eff\u8db3\u4e86\u5411\u6e05\u7b97\u6a5f\u69cb\u627f\u64d4\u7684\u7fa9\u52d9\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u81f3\u5c11\u6c92\u6709\u56e0\u70ba\u9055\u7d04\u800c\u4e2d\u65b7\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robinhood\u9996\u5e2d\u57f7\u884c\u5b98Vlad Tenev\u5411\u773e\u8b70\u9662\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8b49\u8a5e\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u73fe\u5728\u70ba\u671f\u5169\u5929\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u7d50\u7b97\u4f7f\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u548c\u6574\u500b\u884c\u696d\u9762\u81e8\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u662f\u6642\u5019\u8a72\u505a\u51fa\u8b8a\u9769\u4e86\u3002\u6e05\u7b97\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u5b58\u6b3e\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u6e1b\u8f15\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e0a\u9031\u7684\u72c2\u71b1\u5e02\u5834\u6d3b\u52d5\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8981\u6c42\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6f2b\u9577\u7d50\u7b97\u9031\u671f\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u610f\u60f3\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u5f8c\u679c\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u96a8\u8457\u91d1\u878d\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u6563\u6236\u62b1\u5718\u80a1\u7684\u72c2\u71b1\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u4f46\u5df2\u7d93\u6e67\u5165\u9019\u500b\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u6563\u6236\u8cc7\u91d1\u4f9d\u7136\u5728\u5c0b\u627e\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u6a19\u7684\uff0c\u8fd1\u671f\u79d1\u6280\u80a1\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u4e0b\u8dcc\u4e5f\u9806\u4fbf\u6559\u80b2\u4e86\u9019\u7fa4\u5e02\u5834\u5c0f\u767d\u3002\u5df2\u6709\u8de1\u8c61\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u6563\u6236\u8cc7\u91d1\u958b\u59cb\u6295\u5411\u66f4\u70ba\u5b89\u5168\u4fbf\u6377\u7684ETF\u6307\u6578\u57fa\u91d1\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">ETF\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u5e38\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u4e3b\u6d41\u6295\u8cc7\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u9818\u57df\u53ef\u4ee5\u8986\u84cb\u5982\u80a1\u7968\u3001\u56fa\u6536\u3001\u623f\u7522\u3001\u884d\u751f\u54c1\u3001 \u5927\u5b97\u5546\u54c1\u7b49\u591a\u7a2e\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e02\u5834\u6709\u201c\u842c\u7269\u7686\u53efETF\u201d\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\u3002 ETF\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u8ddf\u80a1\u7968\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u80a1\u5e02\u958b\u76e4\u6642\u81ea\u7531\u8cb7\u8ce3\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u8cbb\u9084\u6bd4\u50b3\u7d71\u57fa\u91d1\u4fbf\u5b9c\u8a31\u591a\uff0c\u53c8\u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u8ffd\u8e2a\u7279\u5b9a\u6a19\u7684\u7684\u8d70\u52e2\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span X (<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/QYLD\/\"><b>NASDAQ\uff1aQYLD<\/b><\/a><b>)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u76f8\u5c0d\u6bd4\u8f03\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u9ad8\u80a1\u606f\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u5176\u6301\u6709\u7684\u7d0d\u65af\u9054\u514b100\u6307\u6578\u6210\u5206\u80a1\u64b0\u5beb\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5e73\u50f9\u770b\u6f32\u671f\u6b0a\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u7522\u751f\u5f37\u52c1\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6d41\u3002
