Gamma\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u5e77\u4e0d\u6703\u4fc3\u6210\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u8cfc\u5165\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u623f\u5730\u7523\u3002\u9019\u53ea\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u589e\u901f\u5f88\u5feb\uff0c\u4f46\u901a\u8139\u6703\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u80a1\u606f\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u6216\u5927\u9ebb\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\uff0c\u5f88\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u807d\u8aaa\u904eInnovative Industrial Properties\u9019\u53ea\u80a1\u7968\u2014\u2014\u6b63\u5728\u5d1b\u8d77\u7684\u7f8e\u570b\u6574\u500b\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u696d\u7684\u5730\u4e3b\u3002\u904e\u53bb5\u5e74\uff0c\u9019\u53ea\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u7684\u7e3d\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u9ad8\u90541140%\uff0c\u80a1\u606f\u589e\u901f900%\uff0c\u5e02\u503c$48\u5104\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0cAFC Gamma\u7684\u5e02\u503c\u50c5\u6709\u4e0d\u5230$3.87\u5104\uff0c\u9ad4\u91cf\u9084\u5f88\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u5426\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0cAFC Gamma\u6703\u6210\u7232\u4e0b\u4e00\u500bIIP\uff1f\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u73fe\u5728\u4e0a\u8eca\u6703\u5426\u6536\u7a6b\u8d85\u9ad8\u7684\u6536\u76ca\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2>IIP\u548cAFC Gamma\u201c\u540c\u6839\u751f\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>\u9019\u5169\u96bb\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u662f\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u5927\u9ebb\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u806f\u90a6\u5c64\u9762\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u975e\u6cd5\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5927\u9ebb\u4f01\u696d\u5f88\u96e3\u5f9e\u9280\u884c\u7b49\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u7c4c\u96c6\u5230\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9858\u53bb\u5192\u60f9\u6012\u806f\u90a6\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u7232\u985e\u4f3cIIP\u548cAFC Gamma\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u751f\u5b58\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5927\u9ebbREIT\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u73fe\u91d1\u5e77\u4ea4\u63db\u5b83\u5011\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8010\u7528\u8cc7\u7523\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaa\u623f\u5730\u7523\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0cIIP\u548cAFC Gamma\u96d6\u662f\u201c\u540c\u6839\u751f\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u5e77\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3002IIP\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u662f\u552e\u5f8c\u56de\u79df\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6536\u8cfc\u5927\u9ebb\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u623f\u5730\u7523\u518d\u56de\u79df\u7d66\u5c0d\u65b9\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u6536\u53d6\u5b9a\u671f\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u3002\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u6bcf\u6b21\u4ea4\u6613\u5f8c\u540c\u6642\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\uff08\u79df\u91d1\uff09\u548c\u623f\u5730\u7523\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0cAFC Gamma\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u6050\u6015\u96e3\u4ee5\u8ddfIIP\u76f8\u63d0\u5e77\u8ad6\uff0c\u7406\u7531\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u539f\u56e0\u662f\uff0cAFC
