Healthcare Properties REIT\uff08TSX:NWH.UN\uff09<\/a>\u5e02\u503c\u7d04\u7232$33\u5104\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u805a\u7126\u5168\u7403\u591a\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u9ad8\u8cea\u91cf\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u548c\u623f\u5730\u7523\u6295\u8cc7\u3002\u9019\u53ea\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT\u80a1\u7968\u76ee\u524d\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u7d04\u72325.8%\uff0c\u80a1\u50f9\u4eca\u5e74\u8fc4\u4eca\u57fa\u672c\u6301\u5e73\u81f3$13.80\uff0c\u540c\u671f\u591a\u4ea4\u6240\u7d9c\u5408\u6307\u6578\u4e0a\u6f324%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2021\u5e74\uff0cNorthWest Healthcare
