Gold\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u624b\u4e2d\u6301\u6709\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u80a1Yamana\u80a1\u7968\u5c07\u7f6e\u63db\u70ba0.6\u80a1Gold Fields\u7684\u80a1\u7968\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u7531\u65bcGold Fields\u80a1\u7968\u50f9\u683c\u5728\u9019\u4e00\u6d88\u606f\u5f8c\u6025\u5287\u4e0b\u8dcc\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u5f97\u5230\u591a\u5c11\u6ea2\u50f9\u3002\u9031\u4e09\u76e4\u4e2d\u4ea4\u6613\u4e2d\uff0cYamana\u5728\u591a\u4ea4\u6240(TSX)\u7684\u80a1\u7968\u50f9\u683c\u6bd45\u670830\u65e5\u6536\u76e4\u6f32\u4e863%\uff0c\u5831\u6bcf\u80a17\u52a0\u5143\u3002\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6536\u8cfc\u5f8c\u5c07\u4fdd\u7559\u5176\u5728\u7d04\u7ff0\u5c3c\u65af\u5821\u7684\u7e3d\u90e8\u3002Gold Fields\u7684\u80a1\u6771\u6700\u7d42\u5c07\u64c1\u6709\u65b0\u516c\u53f861%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\uff0cYamana\u7684\u80a1\u6771\u5c07\u64c1\u6709\u5269\u991839%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ea4\u6613\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\uff0cGold
