ETF\u662f\u4e0d\u932f\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u5747\u4e0d\u4f4e\u65bc3%\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT ETF 1\uff1aVRE<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nai500.com\/zh-hans\/%e8%82%a1%e7%a5%a8%e6%9f%a5%e8%af%a2\/?qm_symbol=VRE%3ACA\">Vanguard FTSE Canadian Capped REIT Index ETF\uff08TSX:VRE\uff09<\/a>\u8ddf\u8e6418\u5bb6REITs\u4ee5\u53ca\u623f\u5730\u7522\u670d\u52d9\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7d44\u5408\uff0c\u8986\u84cb\u5927\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5e02\u503c\u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u55ae\u80a1\u6b0a\u91cd\u4e0d\u8d85\u904e25%\u3002VRE\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u96f6\u552eREITs\u6bd4\u91cd\u6700\u5927\uff0822.4%\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u5206\u5225\u70ba\u5de5\u696d\uff0816.8%\uff09\u3001\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0815.2%\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff0814.5%\uff09\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u623f\u5730\u7522\u670d\u52d9\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5360\u6bd4\u7d04\u70ba17.1%\u3002\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cVRE\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT\u9818\u57df\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u76f8\u7576\u5747\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u8cb7\u5165REITs\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u7372\u53d6\u6708\u606f\uff0c\u76ee\u524dVRE\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u70ba3.47%\uff0c\u9060\u9ad8\u65bc\u6307\u6578\u57fa\u91d1\u4e26\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u5339\u6575\u90e8\u5206\u80a1\u606f\u80a1\u3002\u8a72\u52a0\u62ff\u5927REIT
