Ltd.<\/a>\u5168\u90e8\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5831\u50f9\u3002\u5982\u679c\u88ab\u5c11\u6578\u80a1\u6771\u62d2\u7d55\uff0c\u529b\u62d3\u65b9\u9762\u5c07\u4e0d\u6703\u518d\u63d0\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u65b0\u7684\u5831\u50f9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e7e\u5468\u524d\uff0c\u529b\u62d3\u66fe\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u540c\u610f\u6536\u8cfc\u5176\u5c1a\u672a\u64c1\u6709\u7684Turquoise Hill Resources Hill\u7684\u80a1\u6771\u4e4b\u4e00Pentwater Capital Management\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u9452\u65bc\u672a\u4f86\u5e7e\u5341\u5e74\u9285\u50f9\u5f88\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u9ad8\u65bc\u6bcf\u78c54\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u70ba\u63a8\u52d5\u80fd\u6e90\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u5c0d\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u5c07\u4e0d\u65b7\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u529b\u62d3\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u5831\u50f9\u4f4e\u4f30\u4e86Turquoise
