Therapeutics\uff08SMMT\uff09<\/a>\u7684\u80a1\u7968\u57282024\u5e74\u98c6\u5347\u4e86583.7%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5e74\u521d\uff0cSummit\u662f\u4e00\u96bb\u65e9\u671f\u751f\u7269\u6280\u8853\u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u4f46\u96a8\u8457\u91dd\u5c0d\u80ba\u764c\u7684\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u85e5\u7269Ivonescimab\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u57282024\u5e74\u5347\u7d1a\u5230\u4e86\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u7d1a\u5225\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>Ivonescimab\u80fd\u5426\u53d6\u4ee3Keytruda\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>Summit\u80a1\u50f9\u57282024\u5e74\u4e3b\u8981\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u500b\u5927\u5e45\u4e0a\u6f32\u7684\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u767c\u751f\u57285\u6708\u548c9\u6708\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u6f32\u5e45\u5747\u662f\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4e09\u671f\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u6578\u64da\u516c\u4f48\u5f8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u57285\u6708\uff0cSummit\u767c\u4f48\u4e86\u8207\u5eb7\u65b9\u751f\u7269\u5408\u4f5c\u7684HARMONi-A\u4e09\u671f\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u7684\u6578\u64da\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u9a57\u5c07Ivonescimab\u8207\u5316\u7642\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u7528\u65bcEGFR\u7a81\u8b8a\u3001\u5c40\u90e8\u665a\u671f\u6216\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\uff08NSCLC\uff09\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u9a57\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u8207\u5b89\u6170\u5291\u7d44\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u75be\u75c5\u9032\u5c55\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u4f4e\u4e8654%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u5f8c\u57289\u6708\uff0cSummit\u767c\u4f48\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u9805\u8207\u5eb7\u65b9\u751f\u7269\u5408\u4f5c\u7684HARMONi-2\u4e09\u671f\u8a66\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u5728\u8a72\u8a66\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0cIvonescimab\u8207\u7576\u524d\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u6cbb\u7642\u6a19\u6e96\u7528\u85e5Keytruda\u9032\u884c\u5c0d\u6bd4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a66\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0cIvonescimab\u7642\u6548\u512a\u65bcKeytruda\uff0c\u7121\u9032\u5c55\u751f\u5b58\u671f (PFS) \u7387\u70ba 11.14 \u500b\u6708\uff0c\u800c Keytruda \u70ba 5.82 \u500b\u6708\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u8207Ivonescimab\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u7565\u5fae\u589e\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e00\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u6c34\u5e73\u8207Keytruda\u76f8\u5c0d\u63a5\u8fd1\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u201c\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7bc4\u570d\u201d\u5167\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u572810\u6708\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u6279\u51c6Ivonescimab\u7372\u5f97\u201c\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u9053\u201d\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u9019\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u5168\u9762\u6279\u51c6\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6bd4\u9810\u671f\u66f4\u65e9\u5230\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6f5b\u5728\u91cd\u78c5\u85e5\u7269\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u5206\u6790\u5e2b\u7684\u4f30\u8a08\uff0c\u9452\u65bc Summit \u7684\u80a1\u50f9\u5f9e 52 \u5468\u9ad8\u9ede 33.89 \u7f8e\u5143\u56de\u843d\u81f3\u5e74\u5e95\u6bcf\u80a1 19.51 \u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u4f46\u5168\u5e74\u4ecd\u5be6\u73fe\u589e\u9577\u3002\u65b0\u5e74\u4f0a\u59cb\uff0c\u8a72\u80a1\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4e0b\u8dcc\uff0c\u622a\u81f3\u672c\u6587\u64b0\u5beb\u6642\u5df2\u8dcc\u81f3
