Income\uff08O\uff09<\/span><\/a>\u6b63\u662f\u7b26\u5408\u9019\u4e00\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u5169\u500b\u5178\u578b\u4ee3\u8868\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u5169\u53ea\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a98\u4eba\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u7684REITs<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u7576\u524d\uff0c\u6a19\u666e500\u6307\u6578\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u50c5\u70ba1.1%\uff0c\u76f8\u5c0d\u8f03\u4f4e\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08REIT\uff09\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u9054\u52303.8%\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0cFederal Realty\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e864.2%\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\uff0c\u800cRealty Income\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u5247\u66f4\u9ad8\uff0c\u63a5\u8fd15%\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u5c0b\u6c42\u6536\u76ca\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9019\u5169\u53eaREITs\u7121\u7591\u662f\u503c\u5f97\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u5118\u7ba1\u5169\u8005\u5747\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u80a1\u606f\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u548c\u80a1\u606f\u7522\u751f\u65b9\u5f0f\u7565\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Federal Realty\u4e3b\u8981\u6301\u6709\u8cfc\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c\u6df7\u5408\u7528\u9014\u8cc7\u7522\u3002\u5176\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u9ad8\u5ea6\u96c6\u4e2d\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u5949\u884c\u201c\u91cd\u8cea\u4e0d\u91cd\u91cf\u201d\u7684\u539f\u5247\u3002\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u6301\u7e8c\u5c0d\u8cc7\u7522\u9032\u884c\u518d\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7269\u696d\u9054\u5230\u6700\u5927\u50f9\u503c\u5f8c\u9069\u6642\u51fa\u552e\uff0c\u5c07\u8cc7\u91d1\u91cd\u65b0\u6295\u5165\u5230\u9700\u8981\u6539\u9020\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u4e0a\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7d93\u904e\u9a57\u8b49\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u904b\u884c\u6578\u5341\u5e74\uff0c\u70ba\u5176\u80a1\u606f\u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u9577\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5805\u5be6\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p
