\u76ee\u524d\u6bcf\u6708\u6bcf\u55ae\u4f4d\u6d3e\u767c0.154\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u5e74\u5316\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u63a5\u8fd17%\uff0c\u9019\u5728\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u4e2d\u5c6c\uffff\u76f8\u7576\u9ad8\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u9ad8\u6d3e\u606f\u5f80\u5f80\u4f34\u96a8\u8457\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4f46 SmartCentres REIT \u7684\u50f9\u503c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u5728\u65bc\u8a98\u4eba\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u7387\uff0c\u88ab\u5e02\u5834\u4f4e\u4f30\u7684\u589e\u9577\u524d\u666f\u6216\u8a31\u662f\u66f4\u503c\u5f97\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u201c\u4e3b\u89d2\u201d\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u8a72REIT\u7684\u80a1\u50f9\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u8655\u65bc\u76f8\u5c0d\u6298\u50f9\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u5e02\u5834\u53ef\u80fd\u904e\u5ea6\u95dc\u6ce8\u96f6\u552eREIT\u6240\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u5b8f\u89c0\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u537b\u5ffd\u8996\u4e86\u5167\u5728\u7684\u904b\u71df\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u8cc7\u91d1\u904b\u71df\uff08FFO\uff09\u7684\u589e\u9577\u6f5b\u529b\u5c1a\u672a\u88ab\u5145\u5206\u8a8d\u8b58\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u7a69\u5065\u7684\u96f6\u552e\u696d\u52d9\uff0cSmartCentres
