<\/a>\u4f5c\u70ba\u884c\u696d\u9818\u8ecd\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5b8c\u7f8e\u8a6e\u91cb\u4e86 &#8220;\u7a69\u5b9a\u5206\u7d05 + \u9577\u671f\u4e0a\u6f32&#8221; \u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u908f\u8f2f\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u8ffd\u6c42\u7a69\u5065\u6536\u76ca\u8207\u8cc7\u672c\u589e\u503c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>Pembina Pipeline\uff1a2026 \u5e74\u7ba1\u9053\u80a1\u9ed1\u99ac<\/h2>\n<p>\u7e3d\u90e8\u4f4d\u65bc\u5361\u723e\u52a0\u88e1\u7684 Pembina Pipeline \u662f\u5317\u7f8e\u9802\u7d1a\u80fd\u6e90\u904b\u8f38\u548c\u4e2d\u6e38\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\uff0c\u696d\u52d9\u6db5\u84cb\u7ba1\u9053\u3001\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u8655\u7406\u8a2d\u65bd\u3001\u5206\u993e\u8cc7\u7522\u548c\u51fa\u53e3\u7d42\u7aef\u7b49\u591a\u5143\u5316\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u7d44\u5408\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u7db2\u7d61\u4f48\u5c40\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u53d7\u76ca\u65bc\u5168\u7403\u80fd\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\u589e\u9577\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u76f8\u5c0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u57fa\u65bc\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5c0dPembina\u9577\u671f\u6230\u7565\u4fe1\u5fc3\u7684\u589e\u5f37\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u50f9\u7d2f\u8a08\u4e0a\u6f32\u8d85\u904e 22%\u30022026 \u5e74\u7b2c\u4e00\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u4ea4\u51fa\u4e86\u4eae\u773c\u7684\u6210\u7e3e\u55ae\uff1a\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c EBITDA \u74b0\u6bd4\u589e\u9577 5% \u81f3 11 \u5104\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c\u7d93\u71df\u6d3b\u52d5\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\u9054\u5230 7.9 \u5104\u52a0\u5143\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5f37\u52c1\u6578\u64da\u5145\u5206\u5f70\u986f\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u57fa\u65bc\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u5927\u5b97\u5546\u54c1\u5e02\u5834\u6ce2\u52d5\u671f\u9593\u4e5f\u80fd\u7522\u751f\u7a69\u5b9a\u53ef\u9810\u6e2c\u7684\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u80a1\u6771\u56de\u5831\u65b9\u9762\uff0cPembina \u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u6309\u7576\u524d\u80a1\u50f9\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u5e74\u5316\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u7d04\u70ba 4.7%\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u80a1\u606f\u589e\u9577\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u5f37\u52c1\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\u751f\u6210\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u5be9\u614e\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u6709\u529b\u652f\u6490\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u503c\u5f97\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\uff0cPembina \u4e26\u672a\u6b62\u6b65\u4e8e\u73fe\u6709\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6301\u7e8c\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u672a\u4f86\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u30022026 \u5e74\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u5728 Peace Pipeline \u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0a\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u7d04 11 \u842c\u6876 \/ \u65e5\u7684\u7522\u80fd\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd1\u671f\u5b8c\u5de5\u7684 Wapiti \u64f4\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u548c K3 \u71b1\u96fb\u806f\u7522\u8a2d\u65bd\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u8655\u7406\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u904b\u71df\u6548\u7387\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u6210\u672c\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u9032\u7684 Greenlight \u96fb\u529b\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c Cedar LNG \u9805\u76ee\u5c07\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u62d3\u5c55\u5176\u5728\u6db2\u5316\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u548c\u77f3\u5316\u9818\u57df\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u7248\u5716\u3002Pembina \u9810\u8a08\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8209\u63aa\u5c07\u652f\u6301\u516c\u53f8\u57fa\u65bc\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c EBITDA \u6bcf\u80a1\u5728 2030 \u5e74\u524d\u5be6\u73fe 5% \u81f3 7% \u7684\u8907\u5408\u5e74\u589e\u9577\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>Enbridge\uff1a32 \u5e74\u80a1\u606f\u9023\u589e\u7684\u884c\u696d\u9f8d\u982d<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u8aaa Pembina \u662f\u7ba1\u9053\u80a1\u4e2d\u7684\u6210\u9577\u65b0\u661f\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc Enbridge \u5247\u662f\u7576\u4e4b\u7121\u6127\u7684\u884c\u696d\u5de8\u64d8\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u5317\u7f8e\u80fd\u6e90\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u9818\u57df\u7684\u9818\u8ecd\u4f01\u696d\uff0cEnbridge \u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u7ba1\u9053\u7db2\u7d61\u904b\u8f38\u8457\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u7d04\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4f4d\u65bc\u5f97\u514b\u85a9\u65af\u5dde\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u7d42\u7aef\u5c07\u751f\u7522\u5546\u8207\u5168\u7403\u8cb7\u5bb6\u9023\u63a5\u8d77\u4f86\u3002\u5728\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u9818\u57df\uff0cEnbridge \u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u6536\u8cfc\u7f8e\u570b\u4e09\u5bb6\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u696d\u516c\u53f8\u5f8c\uff0cEnbridge \u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u5317\u7f8e\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u696d\u904b\u71df\u5546\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u50b3\u7d71\u80fd\u6e90\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0cEnbridge \u9084\u7a4d\u6975\u4f48\u5c40\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u7f8e\u570b\u7b2c\u4e09\u5927\u98a8\u96fb\u548c\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u958b\u767c\u5546\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u64c1\u6709\u8cc7\u7522\u548c\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u6536\u8cfc\u662f
