\u4e3b\u71df\u5168\u7403\u6b98\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u7121\u969c\u7919\u914d\u5957\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4f9d\u8a17\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u751f\u7522\u57fa\u5730\u8207\u5168\u7403\u5316\u5206\u92b7\u7db2\u7d61\u92ea\u958b\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u4eba\u53e3\u8001\u9f61\u5316\u6d6a\u6f6e\u6301\u7e8c\u6253\u958b\u884c\u696d\u9577\u671f\u6210\u9577\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u3002\u516c\u53f8 \u5104\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u5e74\u5316\u8907\u5408\u589e\u901f\u7d04 12%\uff0c\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c EBITDA \u5229\u6f64\u7387\u5b88\u4f4f 20% \u4e0a\u65b9\uff0c\u6bcf\u80a1\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c EBITDA \u6709\u671b\u5347\u81f3 4.25 \u52a0\u5143\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u8a72\u80a1\u6bcf\u6708\u6d3e\u767c 0.05 \u52a0\u5143\u80a1\u606f\uff0c\u5e74\u5316\u80a1\u606f\u7387\u7d04
