With 25 years of working at the intersection of finance and capital markets, Branden Haynes has set out to take a new approach to technology and the growing data centre industry. His vision is to focus on both greenfield and brownfield projects with the purpose of delivering customizable, scalable, and low-cost structural and mobile data centres in an expedited time frame.
Mr. Haynes’ prior experience in mining, junior markets, entrepreneurship and company creation has trained his core leadership qualities: a blend of vision, mentorship, and adaptability, coupled with strong communication, financial acumen, and a willingness to innovate.
Branden firmly believes a dynamic CEO must be able to build and motivate high-performing teams, make tough decisions, and navigate the unique challenges of a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
Mr. Haynes holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Finance Degree from UBC Sauder School of Business.

With a dual background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Scott brings a uniquely integrated perspective to modern infrastructure planning—bridging technical insight with strategic execution.
Throughout his career in the electrical utilities sector, Scott has built a strong reputation for helping corporations identify and secure the right locations, the right power capacity, and the right regulatory pathways to scale efficiently and sustainably. His work consistently focuses on enabling low-carbon, future-oriented industries to grow with confidence.
