Josh Disbrow’s career spans 28 years across diverse and growing life sciences enterprises. Prior to co-founding Aytu in 2015, Josh served as CEO of Luoxis, a subsidiary of publicly listed Ampio Pharmaceuticals, where he also held the role of COO. Previously, he was Vice President of Commercial Operations at Arbor Pharmaceuticals, a company he joined as the second full-time employee. Under his leadership, Arbor’s commercial operations grew from inception to over $250 million in sales. He exited the company in 2012, following a major equity investment from a global private equity firm that valued Arbor at over $1 billion. Josh began his career in sales at GSK and has since built extensive experience in executive leadership and commercialization in the pharmaceutical sector. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Zynex, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZYXI) and chairs the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Josh holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BS in Management from NC State University.
