Established in 2009, the REIT invests in a diversified portfolio of income-producing multi-residential apartments, student residences, and mortgage and equity investments in property developments across Canada and select U.S. markets. The REIT’s objective is to provide stable monthly cash distributions, capital preservation, and long-term growth potential.
As at February 28, 2025, the REIT had $7.8 billion in assets under management, making it Canada’s largest private apartment REIT. Since inception, Class A units have delivered an annualized return of 12.36%.
