KC Daya is the CEO of Clifton Blake, an integrated real estate asset management firm with offices in Toronto, New York and Florida. In his role, KC is responsible for driving growth across the entire enterprise as well as leading the firm’s private equity division. Transitioning from several years in the tech industry to over two decades in commercial real estate investment, KC has cultivated a diversified career covering acquisitions, asset management, development, and capital structuring across major North American markets. Clifton Blake excels in developing and managing core urban Class A multifamily mixed-use real estate assets and providing bridge financing to developers and operators in Canada and the USA. The company’s fully integrated operations offer strategic advantages in efficiency and control, reflecting a culture of collaboration and collective achievement among all partners.

KC leads with an uncommon combination of experience, aptitude, attitude, ingenuity, and integrity.

KC holds three professional regulated designations on behalf of the firm. He has an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business, a B.Sc. from McGill University, and is an Old Boy from Upper Canada College.
