Robert Kaul is the founder and CEO of Cloud DX, Inc, an FDA licensed, ISO certified medical device manufacturer and digital healthcare pioneer based in Brooklyn New York and Toronto Canada. He and his team have created the Cloud DX Connected Health Platform, which is revolutionizing in-home monitoring for chronic disease management by providing leading vital sign accuracy and an outstanding user experience at the most affordable cost.
Robert has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and a successful track record leading early-stage technology companies. In 2009 he founded Cloud Diagnostics LLC, a New York City-based healthcare technology distribution company that was quickly sold to Biosign Technologies Inc, (TSXV:BIO) a publicly traded healthcare IT company based in Toronto Canada. Robert served as Executive Vice President of Biosign from 2010-2011, and in 2012 he became President & CEO. From 2012 to 2014 he led Biosign through a $9 million refinancing, successfully restructuring the company as a software provider. In 2014 Robert and his team acquired all the medical device assets of Biosign to form Cloud DX, Inc. as a new startup.
