We have a highly experienced management team who have been involved in copper discoveries in both Ecuador and Chile. We have 120,757,365 million shares issued with Founders and Board of Directors holding approximately 32%, retail 60% and Institutions 8%. Our flagship project is the Aurora porphyry copper-molybdenum-silver project located 60 Km north of Cuzco in Southern Peru. Aurora is an advanced stage exploration project with our Greenfields copper project, Esperanza, located 35km southwest of the Cerro Verde copper mine in Arequipa in Southern Peru. We also have copper-silver-cobalt and zinc projects in British Columbia, Canada, but our focus is Peru.

A successful exploration geologist with more than 33 years of experience in South Africa, South America, Canada, Mexico and the USA. Ian has led and managed exploration teams and evaluated copper and gold projects for previous companies such as Gencor, Billiton, Anglo American, Antofagasta and OceanaGold. Ian and the Billiton Exploration team were credited with the major porphyry copper discoveries in SE Ecuador which was “farmed out” to Corriente Resources Inc., who were subsequently taken over by CRCC-Tongguan Investment Co., Ltd. for $679 million in 2010.
