FireFly Metals (ASX, TSX: FFM) is advancing the high-grade Green Bay Copper-Gold Project in Newfoundland, Canada, anchored by the past-producing Ming Mine. The project hosts 24.4Mt of Measured & Indicated Resources at 1.9% (460Kt CuEq) and 34.5Mt of Inferred Resources at 2% (690Kt CuEq), compliant with JORC 2012 and NI 43-101. An extensive 130,000m underground drilling program is underway to expand and upgrade resources, complemented by regional exploration in a proven VMS district. With $250M of existing infrastructure, proximity to highway, power, and port, and strong community support, the project is well positioned for rapid development. FireFly’s leadership team – credited with successes at Bellevue Gold, Centamin, Northern Star, and more – aims to build a globally significant copper-gold asset. Upcoming milestones include a resource update in Q4 2025 and a PEA in Q1 2026.

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Jessie Liu-Ernsting is Chief Corporate Development Officer at FireFly Metals (ASX, TSX: FFM), leading strategy, corporate development, and investor relations. A professional engineer with 20 years’ experience across engineering, finance, and capital markets, she has held senior roles spanning technical, financial, and strategic capacities in the global mining industry. Previously, Jessie was VP Investor Relations at G Mining Ventures, where she was a part of the team that grew the company from a $200M developer into a C$4.7B producer, establishing its inaugural IR program, securing US$481M in project financing, and supporting its C$875M merger with Reunion Gold. Earlier, as inaugural VP of Corporate Development & IR at a junior explorer, she helped delivering 14x share price growth in its first year. Jessie also worked with Resource Capital Funds, structuring over $4B of financings across 23 commodities and six continents. She serves on the boards of Aston Bay Holdings and PDAC.
