Eric Loree, BBA, LL.B., is a corporate and securities lawyer with 20 years of experience advising early-stage and small-cap companies on operational legal, governance, continuous disclosure, and transactional matters. Eric has worked on all sides of the junior capital markets including: in private practice as outside counsel; as a regulator with the OSC and as a manager at the TSX Venture Exchange where he helped shape, oversee and apply listing policy; and directly as Chief Legal Officer of a TSX Venture issuer. His transactional knowledge and experience includes going-public transactions, financings and M&A. He is based in Toronto.
