Fitzroy Minerals Inc. is a TSX Venture Exchange-listed copper exploration and development company focused on Chile, with a strategy centred on combining near-term copper production potential with district-scale discovery upside. The company’s flagship asset is the Buen Retiro Project, where Fitzroy is advancing a heap leach copper development opportunity alongside broader sulphide exploration targeting IOCG-style mineralization. A key component of the strategy is a collaboration with Pucobre S.A., which includes proposed processing access and operational data-sharing to support a Pre-Feasibility Study and a Low-Capex route to Near-Term Production. Fitzroy also controls the Caballos Project, a large-scale porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold exploration project located between the major mining districts of Los Pelambres and Los Bronces. The company is well funded, with disciplined capital allocation, exploration-led growth, and aims to minimize shareholder dilution by generating operational cash flow with which to pursue large-scale copper discoveries.
