Gold Terra is an advanced stage junior exploration company drilling to expand their gold mineral resources in Yellowknife, NWT, Canada with a focus is on the Campbell Shear, the main mineralized shear system that hosts historic production of approximately 14 Moz @16-22 g/t Au. Drilling continues to target the high-grade Yellorex zone on the Campbell Shear immediately south of the historic Con Mine (past production of 6.1 Moz @ 16-20 g/t Au) as well as the 103N Zone north extension of the Campbell Shear where the Company’s most recent Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) has outlined 595,000 Inferred ounces within 5.1 million tonnes grading 3.64 g/t between 600m and 900m below surface (refer to Gold Terra June 26, 2026 Technical Report). Upcoming 2026 catalysts include: (1) Drilling the Historical tailings for potential unrecovered gold; (2) An updated Fall 2026 MRE, adding 20,000 metres of past drilling including 50% new assays for the Walsh Lake gold corridor, and (3) a Year End 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
The Company’s strategic 836 sq. km land holdings are situated around the City of Yellowknife and vital infrastructure, including roads, air transportation, service providers, hydro-electric power, and a workforce.

Gerald Panneton
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.
Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), one of the largest gold mines in Canada today, where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Panneton spent 12 years at Barrick Gold Corporation (1994-2006), where he was instrumental in advancing two gold projects towards production, Tulawaka and Buzwagi in Tanzania. He has also worked for Lac Minerals Ltd., Placer Dome Inc. and Vior-Mazarin Group.
Mr. Panneton received his B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Montreal and his M.Sc. in Geology from McGill University.
