- Industrial Hemp Licence from Health Canada
- Final stage of the ACMPR Standard Processing License in Canada.
The Company’s EU GMP compliant facility provides the Company access to wholesale and retail channels globally, with partnerships in the European Union, China & Asia, South America and Canada. Hempsana’s focus on high-quality products is the major driver of R&D in building a product development IP Portfolio through genetics and strain selection, consistency of cannabinoid oil production and optimal cannabinoid formulations for cosmeceutical (topical lotions and creams), nutraceutical (supplements and oral ingestibles incl. gummies) and pharmaceutical (medical condition treatments) use.

Randy is a highly experienced entrepreneur, having successfully led three early stage high-growth companies. Prior to launching Hempsana as a founding partner, Randy’s pedigree included over 15 years of management consulting experience with market leaders including Top 5 global consulting firm Deloitte in various industries including Retail, Financial, and Manufacturing and Process Automation. Randy most recently acted as an M&A advisor, leading negotiations in a private capital placement for an Ontario Cannabis startup company. At Hempsana, Randy’s management expertise is utilized by steering the company’s growth and development through tactical execution of the Company’s strategic plans.
