Received the 2008 Robert Hedley Award (AME-BC) for social and environmental stewardship in Nunavut. Received the 2013 Spud Huestis Award (AME-BC) for excellence in prospecting and mineral exploration at the Coffee Deposit. Lectured on economic geology for 3 years at Western University in London, ON. Became President and CEO of Prospector Metals in 2024.
