Red Pine Exploration Inc. is a gold exploration company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. The Wawa Gold Project is in northwestern Ontario, a region that experienced major investment by several producers in the last five years. Existing 43-101 resource potential. The open pit and underground deposit includes an Indicated Mineral Resource containing 842k ounces of gold and an Inferred Mineral Resource containing 843k ounces of gold. The Wawa Gold Project offers a unique opportunity where gold mineralization extends to surface on a historic mining property and within a region having considerable infrastructure including excess mill capacity. The Company is evaluating Phase 1 open pits that could provide an opportunity to self-fund the ongoing future assessment of a large operation to mine the existing open pit and underground resource base and capitalize on the extensive infrastructure already at site. The Company intends to complete a preliminary economic assessment (“PEA”) in Q1 2026.

Mr. Michaud, P.Geo., M.Sc. is a Professional Geologist with over 35 years’ of experience in domestic and international gold exploration and mining that includes a broad range of deposit types within North and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Previously Michael served as Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. where he is the Senior Vice President, Exploration and Resources, and Iamgold’s Chief Geologist responsible for providing global geological support for IAMGOLD’s exploration activities worldwide. Mr. Michaud holds an honours B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo, and a M.Sc. from Lakehead University.
