Company Profile

RPX Gold Inc. is advancing the 100%-owned Wawa Gold Project in Ontario, Canada, one of the world’s premier mining jurisdictions. The 2026 PEA outlines a capital-efficient, phased development plan combining near-surface open-pit mining, underground production and potential toll milling. At a base-case gold price of US$3,500 per ounce, the PEA delivers an after-tax NPV5% of C$523 million, a 99.7% after-tax IRR and payback of less than one year, with initial capital of approximately C$51 million. The project is designed around average production of approximately 67,000 ounces per year over a nine-year mine life, generating C$715 million in cumulative after-tax free cash flow. RPX is now advancing a 20,000-metre drill program, updated mineral resource and PFS targeted for H1 2027, providing multiple near-term catalysts as the Company advances Wawa toward development and potential production, while retaining meaningful exploration upside across its large, underexplored land package within an established Canadian gold camp.
