Virgilio D. Torres serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TEN Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XHLD), having assumed the role in May 2026 after joining the Company as Chief Financial Officer in June 2025. Mr. Torres is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience spanning investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to TEN Holdings, he served as Vice President of Finance at Obsess Inc., where he led the company’s finance organization, secured growth financing, and played a key leadership role in guiding the company through a successful strategic exit. Mr. Torres spent the first half of his career as an investment banker at BBVA & BNY, advising corporate clients on capital markets and strategic financing transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University.
