Trillium Gold Mines is a Canadian growth company with one of the largest strategic land positions in Canada’s Red Lake Mining District, among the world’s premier gold mining regions. Its experienced management represent some of the industry’s foremost leaders in value maximization and accretive acquisitions, while its technical team represents more than 150 years of Red Lake experience. Trillium’s flagship project, the Newman Todd, is located in proximity to the major producing mines in the Red Lake Camp. With virtually half of the 165 historic drill holes (55,000 metres) having recorded intervals of greater than 20 g/t gold over various lengths, it holds considerable potential for further value. A 40,000 metre drill program is currently underway. In addition, the Company recently increased its holdings in the Confederation Lake and Birch-Uchi greenstone belts with a non-binding LOI to further consolidate its contiguous land assemblage to more than 100 km in length.

Russell Starr is an entrepreneur and financial professional, focused on private and public mining & exploration, corporate advisory, corporate development, and M&A.
Mr. Starr has over 20 years of corporate finance, M&A, investment and business development experience. Mr. Starr held senior positions and advisory roles with financial institutions including RBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital, Orion Securities, Blackmont, Lawrence and Company, where he helped raise over a billion dollars for junior and mid-tier companies.
Mr. Starr is also a co-founder and part owner of Echelon Wealth Partners, a large Canadian investment dealer. After leaving Bay Street, he held executive positions at Cayden Resources and Auryn Resources. As Senior Vice President with Cayden Resources, and board member, Russell was integral in the marketing, financing, development and ultimate sale of Cayden for CAD$205 million to Agnico Eagle.
