Mr Moorhead is a geologist and executive with a track record over three decades of building value in mining companies through innovation, discovery, project development and safe, efficient operations. This includes experience in financing and successful mergers & acquisitions. Colin was formerly CEO of Indonesian listed producer PT Merdeka Copper Gold and Executive General Manager of global exploration and resources at Newcrest Mining. Colin is a board member at Xanadu Mines, Sihayo Gold, Coda Minerals and Aeris Resources. He is a Fellow, Chartered Professional and Past President of AusIMM, graduate of AICD and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP).
