安大略省多伦多–(Newsfile Corp. – 2022年12月27日) – First Phosphate Corp. (“First Phosphate”或“本公司”)欣然宣布之前通报过的本公司股本的非经纪人私募配售融资（“发行”）已经完成。
此次发行获得超额认购，最后募集资金总额$2,345,377。因此，本公司发行了4,333,078个硬美元单位（定义见本公司2022年11月28日发布的新闻稿）和2,072,000个流转单位（定义见本公司2022年11月28日发布的新闻稿）。
此次发行由本公司管理层、董事会、首席地质学家和业务伙伴主导，共认购了978,342个硬美元单位和617,000个流转单位，募集资金总额为$589,220。
预计发行所得资金将用于一般营运资金和勘探活动。与此次发行有关的所有已发行股票都有四个月零一天的法定禁售期。此外，根据发行计划发行的股票还受合同锁定期的限制，锁定期为本公司股票在证券交易所上市交易后的12个月。
